Additional outputs ported to new architecture

This is based off @rulrich !354 (closed) but applies some major modifications to the output system and adds support for 4 existing module. It also adds additional Python readers for all of the new modules.

It is not 100% complete yet - working on the last module right now but wanted to get this posted as a place for discussion.

This should hopefully be feature-complete by today.
