Output improvements

Added full support for dEdX output, Long. prof. output, and particle weights. This required some modifications to the general output infrastructure. Module config is right now not saved any more, but it is better to save the entire "ProcessSequence" configuration in one go including the arrangement of the sequence and the config of all included modules.
