ParticleCut for tau leptons

We define one ParticleCut setting for electrons and positrons, one for photons, one for muons, and one for hadrons. What about tau leptons? Since it falls into non of these categories, its kinetic_energy_propagation_threshold is currently always set to 10 MeV, i.e. the default value.

The CORSIKA 7 userguide says that they use the muon cut for taus.

What do we want for CORSIKA 8? 🙂
