The tag is created from the CRMC v2.2.1 with the following modifications regarding QGSJET:
 - QGSJETII-04: qgsjet-II-04.f, qgsjetII_epos.f - modified according to the suggestions of Sergey OSTAPCHENKO to extend the mass range of projectiles up to A=256
 - CRMC-GEANT4:  in G4HadronPhysicsCRMC.cc/hh the flag is added SetExcludeHeavyFlavorBaryons(true) - which is required with QGSJET in order exclude heavy flavor baryons (that are not supported as projectiles in QGSJET)
