- monthly (4-weekly) general phone call, e.g. 14th Jan 2021, 11th Feb 2021, 11th March 2021, etc.
- parallelization, optimization: one week after general phone call
- e.m. showers, three week after general phone call
- weekly Friday radio meeting at 9:30am (CEST)
