Draft: EnergyLossWriter should include energy deposit of all kinds of particles

The energy loss writer currently writes only the total energy deposit of all particles, which I find odd. Is there a reason for this? In this MR, I have changed the writer to separate the particles so one can access their energy deposit as well. I did run a couple of showers and I this seems to be working as intended I think. Can someone have a look to see if something is missing?
