Resolve "Make EnergyLossWriter not require nbins"

This changes the order of the arguments for the EnergyLossWriter so that you can allow the binning to be calculated automatically using SlantDepthOfShowerAxis / dX bins. This is the same way as the LongitudinalWriter works.
