Remove superfluous definition of qgran_()

qgran_() is defined in modules/qgsjet. I found another defintion in corsika/detail/modules/qgsjetII/qgsjet-II-04.inl, which might be harmful. Hopefully it is never picked up anywhere by the linker, but I don't know for sure.
