Fix linker error in clang for sibyll and sophia

This intends to fix #400 (closed) (again).

This solution was proposed by @jvansanten, and the fixed worked for me as well.

I don't see why this problem only occurs for sibyll (sophia interface is copied from sibyll). In principle the other fortran models also link to the random number generator. I guess it is not exactly done the same way.

Apparently it is also not working with the CI
