update corsika-data submodule

Jean-Marco Alameddine requested to merge update_data_submodule into master

This updates the corsika-data submodule to the most-recent version, where the new PROPOSAL tables have been included.

At the moment, this should mean that the CI for gcc should run faster (since it finds the tables), while clang should still be slow.

In the meanwhile, I will create tables for clang as well. If I am successful, we should only merge this as soon as all the tables are available.
