Wrong configuration of electromagnetic models in examples

Jean-Marco Alameddine requested to merge wrong_usage_of_bethe into master

This fixes issue #539 (closed), where you can also find the explanation why the current configuration does not work for the electromagnetic part.

One remaining question from my side: Is the BetheBlochPDG process also used by the hadronic particles? If yes, this would mean that with my current fix, this process would be missing for the hadronic component (as it is not covered by PROPOSAL).
