make conex module fit for multiple events. Added init function

Ralf Ulrich requested to merge conex_multi_event into master

CONEX was not properly reset/initialized for more than one shower.

Quickly it became clear that the only real solution here is to finally implement the CascadeEquationsProcess. This is now part of this MR.
