8ffc61bd - basic ci script

I added a basic ci script, but I cannot test it without a runner. If this was gitlab.com, I could use their runners. This is a local gitlab, so this requires some help from the IT, I think.

Hans, could you also check if you could add some kind of static code analyzer into this PR?

Sure, I will look into it. I don't have one yet, myself. It would be good to have the runner up and working, so that I can test whether the minimal test works. Then I can add other things, like static analyzers. You should also run sanitizers (anan, ubsan) on all tests. I can set that up once the runner works.
