Setting default values for ICRC release

We need to set and document all of the selectable options for corsika.cpp as well as hardcoded values for which there are no options (e.g. had models).

the majority of the default values were set in !534 (merged). Specifically

• EMcut 0.0005GeV

• Mucut 0.3 GeV

• hadcut 0.3 GeV

• sea level for observation height (0m)

• magnetic field: 50muT along x

• injection height: 112.75 km

• max. magnetic deflection angle: 0.2rad

Did we miss anything?

Not that I can see.

Actually, max weight set to 1/2 the "recommended" C7 value: 0.5 * emthinfrac * E0 / 1_GeV

Do we still need this?

If the documentation of the default values was done then we don't need this anymore

Not sure whether or not to open a new issue for this:

Currently, corsika.cpp includes radio simulations by default. Today I've learned that a colleague of mine "wasted" countless of CPU days creating C8 simulations with C8 + radio, althrough didn't need the radio simulations at all . So maybe we could disable it per default for the release?
