Conan scripts for different compilers and stable build
This is not a real issue, it is meant to be more of a discussion point for our convenience in the future. Would it be good practice to provide 2 pre-configured conan scripts that make conan profiles for the compilers that we are using at least in the CI? This way, when the developers work on testing and need to switch compilers, they do not need to debug conan dependencies or even fail to compile C8 completely. This also points back again to the fact that maybe it is worth "freezing" updating dependencies, so we have a stable build for a while and focus on the real development issues we want to tackle before our first release.
Maybe @lukas has some nice ideas about this, since I am not sure if what I am suggesting is feasible or not.
