PROPOSAL: print info if tables are generated

It would be very useful if PROPOSAL would print a short message in case tables need to be generated before the actual run starts. It takes a long time to do so and I start worrying why my showers takeso unusually long to run, but in fact PROPOSAL is still initializing...

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
