Bug requiring multiple calls to `make -j` to successfully build.

I have a bug when I want to make CORSIKA. I need to "make -j8" two times to make completely the code. I have this problem with these two configurations (on the same laptop) :

on ubuntu 20 with gcc9/cmake 3.16
docker with clang8/cmake 3.20

The two logs (first and second make):

make2.log

ps : I use the master branch
