I/O compatible with CXROOT

If hybrid simulation is replaced by the new CE from Anatoly and Stephan, there is no reason for further development of CONEX when CORSIKA 7 will be obsolete. If there is an input/output which is similar than the one from cxroot for CORSIKA 8, it will make the transition very easy for CONEX users (can be done my them ?).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
