Make recreation of shower plots possible

Jean-Marco Alameddine requested to merge adapt_em_shower_scripts into main

Separation of scripts into files which process shower data, and plotting scripts. Add processed data to repository, making it easy to recreate and adapt the shower plots (see README.md for more info)
