File storage optimisation for origin showers

There are a few optimisations that can be performed when storing the HDF5 files for the origin shower library.

1. Enabling compression in HDF5, this will immediately reduce the filesize
2. Reducing the sampling frequency to 1 GHz

Doing these both should be easy to do, and should be implemented to reduce the storage requirements for the library.
