Implement CI/CD

A simple CI / CD pipeline should be implemented moving forwards for the full release. This could be of the following:

• compare fluence for CoREAS simulated shower (stored as HDF5 output at some external database) with template synthesis shower
• compare an already synthesised result (stored at some external database) with synthesised shower (round trip test)
• do the same thing in JAX
