There are regular phone calls to organize work and progress of the project. All calls are announced and organized via: https://indico.scc.kit.edu/category/28 and the typical time-slot is Thursday 2:30pm (CEST).
- monthly (4-weekly) general phone call, e.g. 14th Jan 2021, 11th Feb 2021, 11th March 2021, etc.
- parallelization, optimization: one week after general phone call
- e.m. showers, three week after general phone call
