Setting of the output path

Currently we need to use --dir /path/to/output/dir and --filename name to set the output path. Imo it would make it simpler to combine them, eg. --filename /path/to/output/dir/name. Doing this right now creates the whole directory structure /path/to/output/dir in the directory of the corsika executable.
