octal interpretation of input parameters

Currently numbers starting with 0 are interpreted as octal by the CLI and can lead to surprising crashed, eg. seed 089. This likely solves itself with the new steering but we should double check.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
