Injection of particles above atmosphere model leads to segfault

When I run the current corsika.cpp script with an injection height above the default one, e.g., with 120km, it will crash with a segfault during the creation of the ShowerAxis.

Maybe this is also related to the problem that occurs when particles leave the atmosphere?
