Observation plane output missing information

Currently, the parquet file for an Observation plane outputs: pdg, kinetic_energy, x, y, z, time, weight. Users will also need/want the momentum unit vector.

Additionally, the config yaml is missing the units of energy and time that are put in the output file.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
