particles with lifetime zero get stuck in infinite loop

Discovered by @JAlameddine. particles where the lifetime is exactly zero get stuck in an infinite loop. This can be reproduced by choosing {D^*_s}^+ (pdg id 433) as primary particle. The problem is caused by the inverse lifetime being inf which causes the selection of the decay process to never select any process (inf < inf is always false).
