Validation interface/machinery

• crmc-like access to processes
• particle expert/access from the stack and rivet-like option to produce results

Eventually rely on pyhepmc (Hans) for interfacing corsika with other tools. Validation can be driven by python, and rivet may be used as external library.

In the end we need to validate also air shower simulation output, not only event generators. And all other processes.
