extend force interaction to set height of interaction

It is not useful to just inject neutrinos. instead we force them to interact in a specific location. currently this is fixed to the injection point (at least in corsika.cpp).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
