fix Epos again (and QGSjet)

There is still a problem (on 92f99f13) with interface for p-Nucleus interactions in Epos. QGSjet looks wrong too.
Below are p_z and pseudorapidity spectra for proton-Nitrogen interactions at 14 TeV in the center-of-mass.

p-p interactions are still good though.
