ExponentialRefractiveIndex assumes a flat environment

The current exponential refractive index model assumes a flat universe by assuming GetZ().

This needs to be updated to using the distance between a point and some center reference in the spherical environment.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
