Duplicated README

The project contains a README.md and a README.rst` file. There is no good reason to maintain both:

  • gitlab can display READDME.rst if that is the primary README
  • sphinx can be configured to process markdowns
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
