CI jobs waste a ton of time re-generating proposal tables

It seems the current examples in the examples subdirectory are not compatible (ParticleCut) with the PROPOSAL tables provided in corsika-data.

This works silently but re-runs a lot of table production all the time on CI. This is not good and a wast of resources.

It would be great if some of the experts could check and make sure that all the "examples" are compatible by default with the tables uploaded in corsika-data to prevent that.

We have not talked about this, but at least all the typically needed tables should be in corsika-data. Only very special user-defined cases should require re-generation, maybe even with an error message forcing an explicit call to corsika to trigger this.
