UrQMD cross-section regression

Some changes (tabulated cross-sections) from !205 (merged) got lost during refactoring.

Are you saying the entire !205 (merged) was lost? Or just some aspect of it? This is quite relevant to understand to look for errors in general.

I am worried to see any changes lost and I hope this is a very limited event.

The tabulated cross-section readout was missing.
