conan packages don't work on gitlab-ci

On the gitlab pipeline jobs in the refactory-2020 branches, in all runs this happens:

-- Downloading conan.cmake from https://github.com/conan-io/cmake-conan
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:133 (conan_cmake_run):
  Unknown CMake command "conan_cmake_run".
-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
