plot_tracks.sh need two data files as parameters

Hi all:

I am trying to install CORSIKA and run the share/examples/cascade_example as indicated in README.md. I have now successfully installed CORSIKA in my docker container and run share/examples/cascade_example and generated track_dat file. But I found that the share/tools/plot_tracks.sh took two data files track_dat and muon_dat rather than a single track_dat since commit 8ffc9580.

I want to know what the muon_dat stands for and how can I generate this file. And maybe we should update the README.md file to adapt new changes

muon_dat should be a track_dat only for muons so that their tracks can be drawn in a different colour.

With cat tracks.dat | egrep '^\s+-*13\s'> track_muons.dat and cat tracks.dat | egrep -v '^\s+-*13\s'> track_others.dat you will get two appropiate data files for share/tools/plot_tracks.sh .

In general I do not know if it should stay like this.

I am not familiar with shell script and gnuplot, so I just get stuck by this small error.

I agree that using different color to represent muons is good for visualization.

Hi Fan, sorry for re-opening this Issue... the point is that this is obviously a misleading description in our README.md or on the Wiki: It does not work as described.

After you found this out, and hopefully fixed the issue for yourself: can you please prepare a bug fix either for the README.md to properly describe how the script works, or alternatively modify the script in a way to be more flexible?

The description on the README and the tools, also the fix you posted above here, don't fit together in a copy&paste way.

Users must be able to just copy the commands, paste them into the console and enjoy the result.

It is strange, sometimes it works. The "if" to reproduce the dat file in the script seems not to be reliable.
