CONEXSourceCut files are using old copyright statements

Processes/CONEXSourceCut/*.h and Processes/CONEXSourceCut/*.cc are still using the old copyright statement (that includes AUTHORS). This is causing CI jobs to fail as do-copyright.py on master is checking for the new copyright statement.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
