QGSJetII: energy of nuclear fragments

I think the momenta/energies of nuclear fragments from the QGSJetII process are not correctly assigned when they are copied to CORSIKA 8. They get the momentum of the projectile (not just a fraction of it), so in fact you violate energy conservation.
