pythia8 required to build

after merging verticalEAS, pythia is no longer optional to build.
so either we remove verticalEAS from the Examples or we turn on pythia for every build. Currently it is set 'OFF' in cmake.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
