Neutral kaon mixing for UrQMD

UrQMD doesn't know about

$K^0_{\text{L/S}}$

, only the strong eigenstates. We need to implement

• exchange of
  K^0_{\text{L/S}} \rightleftharpoons K^0/\bar{K}^0
  before/after event (can be copied from C7),
• cross-sections (the output for
  K^0
  projectiles is apparently different than for
  \bar{K}^0
  ).

you could put the strong eigenstates on the stack and let them decay in sibyll.
