Neutral kaon mixing for UrQMD

UrQMD doesn't know about K^0_{\text{L/S}}, only the strong eigenstates. We need to implement

exchange of K^0_{\text{L/S}} \rightleftharpoons K^0/\bar{K}^0 before/after event (can be copied from C7),
cross-sections (the output for K^0 projectiles is apparently different than for \bar{K}^0).
