SIBYLL: decay of Sigmabar0 yields Sigmabar0

With only UrQMD as interaction model and SIBYLL as "decay model" I just ran into the situation that the decay of a \bar\Sigma^0 yields a \bar\Sigma^0 again, which of course results in an infinite loop. If this particular decay is not supported there should be an exception raised.
