baryon and hadron number as particle property

In the process selection it may be useful to quickly identify hadrons, e.g. p.IsHadron() and particles::IsHadron(p.GetPID())

Checking the baryon number is another good physics test for the interaction interfaces that is not sensitive to the exchanging protons with neutrons.
