this means that for the proton atmosphere GetAverageMassNumber is 0.. and then the interaction length is 0

Why is the atmosphere not "Hydrogen" which has A=1?

Very good point. Because I did not know we had Hydrogen I tried proton

I did push A=Z=1 for Code::Proton to the MR, but I think if we would use Hydrogen for "environment" it would be cleaner. If this works and you are happy, we just ditch this MR.

Hydrogen should work fine, we can remove this MR
