Test with larger variety of distributions/compilers

Run CI tests with a larger variety of distributions/compilers. We should add at least:

CentOS 7 with devtoolset-7: A very common production platform, with gcc 7
Debian or Ubuntu with clang 7: Compiler close to OS X, but not a 100% replacement due to differences in the system libraries. Still useful.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
